AHHH...Arequipa…..I love Arequipa!!
And guess who I met again in Arequipa….CJ, one of the riders I met in Cuenca, Ecuador now with his wife. Our roads ossed again and had an excellent Pisco Sour!
Spend a few days in Arequipa to see the city and also to do a tour to se the Condors.
Next step was to arrange a way of getting Crick and Crock to Santiago de Chile. The rental car was dropped off in his city but flight to Santiago de Chile all went back to Lima. A ridiculous detour, if you think you are very close to Chile and in Arica is airport with flights from Arica-Cantiago de Chile. It was puzzle to figut out the right way to accomplish the goal the most economical.
Eventually it was for the two boys to take the regular peruvian busline to Arica and then hop from there on the plane to Santiago de Chile. Once that was figured out now the remaining time to enjoy this amazing town.
